I literally will have give or take a few days- 6 weeks to get back into pre-pregnancy shape and fit into my dress!
AHHH THE PRESSURE!
I am super excited about this amazing bridesmaid dress I get to wear, but because I dont' have all that much control over my stomach at the moment, with out growing bambino inside of me! --other than keeping to clean eating and regular exercise (while listening to my body).
I NEED... ok WANT sexy arms!
This dress is gorgeous and shows your shoulders and I want to have some killer arms!

Definitely calls for some sexy sleek- fit shoulders and arms!
So here begins my 7 day arm challenge!
I wanted to share and invite anyone else to join me.
Day 1
SEXY SHOULDERS
Each exercise should be 1 minute long.
The still frame you just hold your right arm out to the side,
parallel to the floor for 30 seconds then switch.
Do this rotation at least 3 times through.
Feel the burn and LOVE IT!!!
Day 2
TRICEP BURN OUT!
Each exercise should be 1 minute long.
Single arm workouts do for 30 seconds then switch to other side.
Do this rotation at least 3 times.
PUSH THROUGH!!!
Day 3
BICEP BLAST
Do each exercise for 1 minute each.
For bicep curls and balancing on one leg,
work for 30 seconds the switch legs
Repeat 3 times.
and YES!! That is a pickle jar and can of chicken broth!
No weights.. no problem!
Find something in your house that is similar in weight and get to work!
Day 4
CHEST WORK
Do each move for 1 minute straight
Repeat 3 times
Push as hard as you can and try to finish as many as possible!
Day 5
KILL THE SHOULDERS
Pick up some weights, or something weighted you can find in your house and get to work!
This one is killer!
Do each move for 1 minute straight
Push to finish 3 sets!
