Chocolate Peanut butter Over night Oats

When I get up to start my day I get up and start moving! Often times I don't have time to focus on breakfast with all the running around and work and kids! So my saving grace many times are my over night oats!! I looooove them! I am still looking to explore new flavors. Most of the time I just throw a bunch of stuff together and they turn out pretty good!!

Here is my recipe for the chocolate peanut butter over night oats!  

1 cup rolled oats 
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt 
2 heaping tbs of natural peanut butter 
2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk 
1 tbs chia seeds (I use ground chia bad flax mix) 
OPTIONAL- 1 to 2 tbs of chocolate shakeology (can use protein powder as well) 
1 small banana cut up  

Mix all ingredients together and put in fridge over night. 




Ok so this is Huuuge !! Yep ! I make a double batch so I can either share with the kids or save it for the following day!!  

Did I mention I LOVE my OATS!!  

In the morning you can top it with anything you like.  I topped mine with cocoa almonds(you could even crush these up and add them to your recipe so you get a little in each bite!!!)

***You can always add more peanut butter or chocolate shakeology to enhance the  flavor to your liking!! Experiment with it to fit your taste buds!
