Lean Meat and Pico Stuffed Pepper

Need a new clean breakfast or lunch idea!? Want to keep it low in carbs!? Try this one out!! It's full of protein an vitamins!!

Slice a pepper in half
Fill halfway with lean (cooked) ground beef or turkey
Crack an egg into the pepper
Add some low fat cheese ontop 
Cook at 400 for about 8 minutes then add pico de gallo on top and/or avocados! 
Cook for about 5 more minutes or until yoke looks cooked enough

And then enjoy!!!  

This is so yummy! It's a great way to use up extra meat or leftovers!! Get creative with your food!! When you try out new things it makes it fun and exciting and the more you experiment the more you will get a feel for what tastes and blends well together! If you fail the first time don't give up! Just keep trying. Because eating clean is not only good for you- but it can be fun and it tastes so good!!!
