-1 banana mashed
- 1/2 cup rolled or quick oats
- 5 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cook on the stove after mixing in a bowl like regular pancakes. I use coconut oil to coat the pan.
For the yummy topping:
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 sliced banana
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- a handful of blueberries
Cook on medium to high heat and keep stirring until all is blended and becomes a thicker consistency
Then top off your pancakes and enjoy!!!
