PUMPKIN FRUIT DIP

Because its fall, everyone knows.. ITS PUMPKIN EVERYTHING!!!!

So I decided to turn the pumpkin dip I used to make into a healthier cleaner version without the cool whip!


Here is what you will need....
1 can Pumpkin Puree
1 cup plain, non fat, Greek yogurt
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop Beachbody Vanilla protein powder (optional)

Directions, combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and whisk or blend until smooth



Enjoy with some Gluten free, natural ginger snap cookies, crackers, or some apples or cinnamon whole grain pita chips!
